OK, we had some conflict with our brothers at Texas Bass Couples and I have needed to make a change on a couple dates. It is our hopes that many that fish one trail may fish both. This will truly make this schedule finalized.

Combs Outlasts Mike Iaconelli in Sudden Death Fish-Off

CONROE—The Toyota Texas Bass Classic (TTBC), the world championship of professional bass fishing, had to go into overtime to crown a champion. Keith Combs of Huntington, Texas, outlasted Mike Iaconelli of Pittsgrove, New Jersey, in an unprecedented sudden death fish-off.

Bass fishing heats up in summer, but extra effort is required by tournament anglers to maintain the health of their catch this time of year. Dissolved oxygen is the single most important factor for keeping bass alive, and an understanding of factors that affect oxygen levels will better enable anglers to keep their fish alive.

ATHENS—We’re  into the final stretch for anglers to qualify for this year’s Toyota Texas Bass Classic on Lake Conroe October 28—30, and it’s going to be a showdown on all three tours.

ATHENS—The 2010-2011 Toyota ShareLunker season start is only six weeks away—hard to believe in this August heat—but the big bass are already biting on Lake Fork.

Wanted you all to know about this new tournament  exclusively for fly fisherman targeting largemouth bass.  It is on May 8, 2010  at Lake Fork and they\'re looking for a record bass caught by fly rod.  They are planning  seminars, casting contests, and prize drawings so it should be fun.

Anglers fishing in the North and Central Divisions will now  be competing for a chance to win a 2010 Nissan Titan Truck valued at $35,000 at  the 2010 Lone Star Series Championship in October.  This championship grand  prize is guaranteed.
